How we helped to build the image of SRE, a real estate developer of the STRABAG SE Group, and its first project in Poland, ASTORIA Premium Offices.
STRABAG Real Estate is part of STRABAG SE, a European-based technology partner in the construction service market and one of Europe’s leading developers. SRE offers a complete range of services, from concept development and project planning, through execution, to lease and sale. Astoria Premium Offices was SRE’s first project in Poland.
Challenge:
Our goal was to build the image of STRABAG Real Estate and its first office project in Poland.
In our project communication strategy, we used a wide array of PR and marketing activities to reach various target audiences, including the media, agents, tenants, and local residents. Among other methods, we used media briefings, editorial articles, events, competitions and exhibitions to highlight key strengths of the project meeting the most demanding tenant expectations: the unique location, state-of-the-art green building constructed to the most exacting international standards (LEED Gold certificate) and design seamlessly blending in with the surroundings.
- Build the image of STRABAG Real Estate on the property market in Poland
- Support project commercialisation – position the ASTORIA building as a premium class office building on the highly competitive Warsaw property market
- Develop networking relationships with agents and other important property market players
The effects of our actions:
- We built the image of SRE as a developer investing in exciting and unconventional real estate projects in Poland
- We made the ASTORIA Premium Offices building stand out on the commercial property market
- We supported project commercialisation and helped develop networking relationships with real estate agents
- We built awareness around the ASTORIA Premium Offices building on the Warsaw market, including by running a photo competition open to Warsaw residents, which received 200 entries
- We engaged in community outreach activities, which helped to maintain good community relations during construction phase and post completion
