Tauber Promotion Agency was founded 30 years ago by Joanna Tauber, and for the past 15 years she has been co-managing it together with Mariusz Skowronek, a specialist and practitioner in the field of PR and investor relations.
Our team is made up of ambitious, highly qualified people, specialists in public relations, finance and management. Most of them have been with the Agency for many years.

Joanna Tauber is President of the Management Board of Tauber Promotion, which she founded in 1992. She specialises in public and investor relations, B2B relations, and brand management. She has assisted clients with public offerings and M&A transactions with great success. She also provides image consulting services to politicians and business people.
She has been included in the list of Poland’s 100 most powerful women in business. She authored numerous articles in economic, business and marketing press, and she is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences.
Mariusz Skowronek has over 15 years’ PR and IR experience. He specialises in financial services and capital markets communications. At Tauber Promotion, he owns key corporate PR and investor relations projects, including consulting and training on disclosure obligations. He graduated in Economics from the Lazarski University. He completed numerous training courses in marketing, public relations, investor relations, and disclosure obligations. He began his professional career with one of Poland’s largest business consulting agencies. He was involved in PR projects for Asseco Systems, Roland Berger, White & Case, Strabag and TeliaSonera, among others. He coordinated IPO PR and IR campaigns for ATAL, Berling, Centrum Klima, Inpro, J. W. Construction, MLP Group, North Coast, Polmos Lublin, POL-AQUA, POL-MOT Warfama, and Śnieżka.
Andrzej Kazimierczak has over 10 years’ PR experience. He graduated in Management from the University of Warsaw and in Foreign Trade from the Warsaw School of Economics. For the past several years, he worked as a journalist for Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita dailies, specialising in the industrial sector. He gained experience in journalism working for the Polish Press Agency and Nowa Europa daily. Previously, he specialised in corporate PR working as Chief Specialist in the Corporate Communication Office at PZU S.A. and PLL LOT S.A. He was involved in PR and IR campaigns for public offerings carried out by ATAL, Dekpol, and MLP Group. He is engaged in PR activities for Redan, Victoria Dom, Dekpol, MLP Group, BIK and TXM, among others.
Anna Siwek graduated from the SWPS University in Warsaw with a degree in Social Psychology. She specialises in corporate PR, media relations, and investor relations. She ran projects for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Redan, Hogan Lovells, Sphinx, Dewey & LeBoeuf, TeliaSonera, Notus, Gazprom, Sued Tirol, Royal Unibrew, Novator, TCM/Cartoon Network, PKN Orlen, Orange, and Pfizer. She also works on IPO and NewConnect campaigns. Her clients in the real estate market include Strabag Real Estate, Spectra Development, BPI Real Estate Poland, Cromwell Property Group, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
Joanna Sońta has over 15 years’ PR experience. She graduated in Cultural Studies from the SWPS University in Warsaw. She also studied Public, Social and Political Communication at the University of Naples Federico II in Italy. In Poland, she gained her professional experience at Sigma International Poland and Headlines Porter Novelli agencies, running PR projects for Orco Property Group, Indesit Company Poland, Procter & Gamble, Toyota Motor Poland, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Almond Board of California, the Polish Ministry of Environment, and Orange Foundation Poland, among others. At Tauber Promotion, she worked for BPI Real Estate Poland, Nowy Styl, Strabag Real Estate Dekpol, and Marvipol Development, among others. She specialises in corporate PR, crisis communication management and developing communication strategies for the Agency’s clients. She is a social media and CSR enthusiast.
Izabela Radomska graduated in Journalism from the University of Rzeszów and in Media and Marketing Communication from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She majored in PR, concierge, advertising, and crisis management. At Tauber Promotion, she is involved in corporate PR, content marketing, social media and other projects
Michał Poręcki graduated from the Institutes of Journalism and International Relations at the University of Warsaw. He has been involved with the real estate market for over 15 years. He began his professional career with CEE Międzynarodowe Targi Warszawskie and moved on to work for RNW – Miesięcznik Rynku Nieruchomości industry monthly (as editorial secretary and deputy editor-in-chief). He specialises in office, commercial and residential markets. His articles and analyses were published in Życie daily, Wprost weekly, Forbes, Businessman.pl and Eurobuild CEE monthlies, and CEE Commercial Property Guide quarterly. He authored nearly 30 conference programmes of the ‘Real Estate Market Forum’, ‘Office Buildings in Poland’ and ‘Polish Residential Market’ series, hosted by Nowy Adres S.A. For many years, he was editor-in-chief of Biurowce w Polsce semiannual magazine.
Robert Witkowski has 30 years’ graphic design and visual communication experience. He graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, with a diploma in Visual Communication earned in 1993. He started his professional career in the early 1990s, developing graphic designs and visual identity for new businesses and brands that were mushrooming at the time. He has worked for Tauber Promotion since 1996, developing concepts and graphic designs for campaigns run by the Agency across traditional and social media. He was responsible for developing graphic design concepts for campaigns promoting companies during IPOs.
