On 26 October 2011 the Company organized a press conference. The leitmotiv of this meeting was an outlook for the mortgage and credit counseling market in 2012.

On 3 October on the Warsaw Stock Exchange Catalyst bond market debuted corporate debt securities series A belonging to Trust S.A. – one of the leading residential developers in Poznan.

In March 2010 there was conducted a Public Offering. As a result, individual investors received 2,105,000 Shares, Series B, and a reduction rate in this tranche was approximately 66%. Institutional investors were allocated 4,045,000 Offered Shares.

The North Coast company, specializing in distribution of high-quality food products mainly form Italy, presented results for 2009. The Company Has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA since 10th April 2006.
