Last year, the Warsaw-based developer contracted the sale of a total of 627 apartments and houses, which is a record-breaking achievement in the company’s history.
This figure is about 22% higher than in 2015 when 493 units were sold.
“This was the best year in our history in terms of units sold. It is the effect of a much broader, but also a very interesting offering, at competitive prices”, said Waldemar Wasiluk, President of Victoria Dom.
The Management Board of Victoria Dom assumes that apartment sales in 2017 will reach about 700 units. “This year, we want to launch sales of about five new projects in Ursus, Białołęka, Tarchomin and Praga. They will consist of new projects or additional stages of our previous housing projects”, said Waldemar Wasiluk.
Last year, the Warsaw-based developer launched sales and construction of four new projects. Under those development projects, Victoria Dom introduced a total of 507 apartments into the offering in 2016.
