The high positive sales growth was maintained by the web stores belonging to the Top Secret fashion brand and the TXM discount chain.
In January, Redan Group earned PLN 40 million of revenues, up by more than 4% than in the same period of the previous year. At the end of December last year, the retail space of the Group’s entire chain was 142,000 square meters, which was 18% more than in January 2016.
In the first month of the year, the TXM discount chain earned revenues of PLN 25 million, which is 11% more than in the same period last year. Out of that number, the revenues earned through the www.txm24.pl web store rose by 26% yoy to PLN 1 million. At the end of January 2017, the discount sector retail chain was 406 own stores with a total surface area of 101,500 square meters, or 29% more than at the end of January 2016.
In the fashion segment, sales in January were PLN 16 million and were 5% lower than the year before. The online stores www.topsecret.pl and www.topsecret.ua achieved turnover of PLN 3 million, improving by 20%. At the end of January 2017, the aggregated area of the Top Secret, Troll and Drywash brand retail stores was 40,500 square meters, or 3% less than in January 2016.
