Spectra Development invited real estate agents to a meeting to present its newest office project in Warsaw, the Bobrowiecka 8 building forming part of the Bobrowiecka Complex. The other purpose of the event was to present the company’s management board and the proprietary concept for “Culture as an Inherent Part of Working Space” according to which the office building is being built.
Tauber Promotion was responsible for organizing the entire event, starting from devising the concept and the script, through coordinating the work done by the subcontractors to supervising the course of the overall event. It was an interesting undertaking, especially on account of the space in which we worked. The challenge was to create a friendly and close-knit atmosphere in a modern and elegant building while ensuring the security of the arts of work displayed there.
The meeting took place in Spectra Development’s current building and registered office – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building that was built during the first stage of the Bobrowiecka Complex. This is a venue where works of art form an integral part of office space, turning it into a one-of-a-kind exhibition room and making it possible to come into direct contact with the artwork of some of Poland’s most prominent artists such as Magdalena Abakanowicz, Wojciech Fangor, Stefan Gierowski, Władysław Hasior, Tadeusz Kantor, Jerzy Nowosielski, Roman Opałka, Teresa Pągowska, Wilhelm Sasnal, Leon Tarasewicz, Ryszard Winiarski and Andrzej Wróblewski. This presentation of the creativity of contemporary Polish artists is being made under the Spectra Art Space project in cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation.
Through its proprietary concept entitled “Culture as an Inherent Part of Working Space” Bobrowiecka 8 will continue this novel idea for displaying art in office spaces, specifically in the form of an unparalleled Garden of Art that will serve as a venue for exhibitions of young Polish artists. This meeting was organized with artistic works forming the backdrop to acquaint real estate agents with the idea underpinning this concept. At the same time, it showed how the presence of artwork may support organizational culture, thereby stimulating growth and employee creativity in future tenants’ offices.
Mr. Jerzy Starak, the strategic investor in Spectra Development delivered a speech during the event. A virtual walk around the new investment project coronated the official part of the meeting. After that, guests were invited to attend a cocktail party during which they had the opportunity to visit the exhibition with the Foundation’s Curator.
