Cornerstone of the Bulwary Książęce project

On 14 October 2016, the cornerstone laying ceremony took place at the Bulwary Książęce project in Wrocław. After Gdańsk and Warsaw, the capital of Lower Silesia is the third real estate market in Poland where this Belgian developer has invested. The diverse offering of apartments in this unique location has commanded great interest among customers. A mere one and half months after opening the sales office, more that 30% of all apartments available in the project’s first stage of the project had been sold.

Bulwary Książęce is the Belgian company’s most recent project. It is located at ul. Księcia Witolda on the Kępa Mieszczańska island leading to the Most Pomorski bridge. It is a very attractive location in Wrocław because of its picturesque surroundings and the Old Town’s prestigious neighborhood. This project’s special feature is its comprehensive urban development plan consisting of a separate residential section accompanied by public space. The project’s cornerstone laying ceremony was attended by representatives of the City of Wrocław and local institutions, including: Jacek Barski, Director of the Wrocław Architecture and Development Department, Grażyna Wojewódzka, Director of the Road Administration and City Maintenance Authority, Rafał Eysymontt Ph.D. hab., a professor at the University of Wrocław, and representatives of the Management Boards of BPi SA and BPi Polska. Radio and TV journalist Filip Chajzer hosted the event.
