BPi Polska has already sold 50% of the apartments offered in the first stage of the Bulwary Książęce development project in Wrocław currently in progress. Customers appreciate the development’s venue and its unrivalled design concept introducing new quality on Poland’s market for mixed-use property development projects.
175 apartments with sizes ranging from 27 to 128 square meters are slated to be built in the first stage. There will be two types of units: Comfort apartments with an elevated standard and Prestige suites. The designers have also envisaged an internal patio with greenery and a children’s play area, storerooms for residents and parking spots located on two underground floors for sole usage by the residence’s inhabitants.
“This development project addresses the evolving needs of large metropolitan dwellers in line with the latest European trends. Our customers, the future residents of the Bulwary Książęce project value inner-city lifestyle. They want to live in the city center, use rapid and convenient mass transport to universities, schools and their places of work. Above all, they want to have immediate and unfettered access to their daily comforts, such as their favorite coffee shop, restaurant, delicatessen, pharmacy or book store”, says Maciej Golis, Director of the Bulwary Książęce Project at BPi Polska.
The convenience street mall design includes greenery, wide boulevards located directly on the property that are conducive to eateries setting up summer dining areas and a new city square close to the Pomorski bridge. The first stage of the Bulwary Książęce project is to be completed in mid-2018.
