This development project will consist of 275 apartments. The housing complex has a unique design prepared by the HERMANOWICZ REWSKI ARCHITEKCI studio. The shape of the building was divided into two blocks of 6 floors each, with the front part bowing towards ul. Św. Stanisława.
The project offers three types of apartments: soft lofts, classic OPTIMA apartments and suites with roof terraces. Following the remediation of soil conducted in a transparent process, apartment sales have been growing steadily. At present, nearly 40% of all available apartments have been sold and an increasing percentage of apartments is sold through recommendations.
The construction work in the project is proceeding in line with sales. After the building substructure was completed in early January this year, masonry work in garages and insulation of the patio began. At the same time, structural work is under way above ground.
The Wola Libre development project has come out of the ground and the construction work is progressing according to schedule. Apartments should be handed over for use in the second quarter of 2018 – said Katarzyna Kyrcz, Project Director responsible for the execution of BPi Polska’s investment projects in Warsaw.
