On 26 October 2011 the Company organized a press conference. The leitmotiv of this meeting was an outlook for the mortgage and credit counseling market in 2012.
The speakers were renowned market and real estate experts: Bolesław Meluch, Advisor of the Association of Polish Banks, Marek Poddany, Vice President of the Polish Association of Developers and the representatives of the analytical department in NOTUS Credit House: Marek Nienałtowski, Chief Economist of NOTUS Credit House, Michał Krajkowski, Chief Analyst of NOTUS Credit House.
The press conference raised important issues of housing loans. At the meetting it was presented the current situation in the mortgage market in Poland. The Conference identified the importance of credit intermediaries in real estate market development, and they attempted to predict the behavior of buyers of apartments in the following year. The representative of the Polish Bank Association presented the requirements of a new directive to mortgage brokers.
